The third floor serves as a conference and dining area, with a building area of 12,000 square meters and seven large and small conference rooms, including a yurt conference hall with ethnic characteristics that can accommodate over 1,600 people for meetings. The outdoor exhibition space totals 28,000 square meters, including 18,000 square meters in the south square and 10,000 square meters in the north square.
