2027 Food and Beverage Innovation Forum and Food Innovation Expo

The Food and Beverage Innovation Forum (FBIF) is one of the most influential industry events in the Asia-Pacific region. Since its inception in 2014, FBIF has established itself as an indispensable platform for the industry, aimed at sharing successful global business cases and innovative ideas to help industry professionals gain insights into future trends and find directions for innovation. By now, FBIF has successfully held twelve editions, attracting participation from major global food and beverage companies. In 2027, FBIF will celebrate its thirteenth edition, taking place from April 21 to 23 at the Hangzhou International Expo Center.

Simultaneously, the FBIF Food Innovation Expo (FBIF Super Selection Meeting) is a professional exhibition held concurrently with the FBIF forum. This exhibition focuses on the innovation within the food industry, providing high-quality platforms for food companies to showcase and exchange ideas, thus promoting industry development. FBIF 2026 saw the participation of 23,009 food and beverage companies, showcasing products across various categories including dairy, beverages, retail, alcohol, convenience foods, functional foods, ingredients, custom manufacturing, packaging, equipment, design, and marketing. The expected total scale for 2027 will reach 56,000 participants.

The exhibition will feature end products such as various dairy items (liquid milk, yogurt, milk powder, etc.), beverages (juices, teas, coffees, etc.), snacks (breads, cookies, nuts, etc.), convenience foods (instant noodles, ready-to-eat rice, etc.), functional foods (health supplements, sports nutrition foods, etc.), seasonings (soy sauce, spices, etc.), alcoholic beverages, and fresh produce.

In addition, the supply chain aspects will display raw materials (such as carbohydrates, proteins, and plant extracts), additives (such as colorants, sweeteners, preservatives, etc.), packaging and equipment (various types of packaging and machinery for food processing) as well as marketing design services. FBIF aims to foster knowledge sharing and industry growth through the combination of exhibitions and forums.
