The Salon du Chocolat is the world's most prestigious chocolate industry exhibition, founded in Paris in 1995. It brings together cocoa-growing countries, chocolate manufacturers, equipment suppliers, and dessert producers, making it the 'World Cup' of chocolate. The inaugural Salon du Chocolat Shanghai was successfully held in 2023 in conjunction with the FHC Shanghai Global Food Exhibition. In November 2025, the third Shanghai International Chocolate Exhibition expanded to 5,000 square meters, showcasing over 100 chocolate brands from China and around the world, including Switzerland, Germany, Canada, Russia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Ecuador, alongside chocolate equipment suppliers and cocoa raw material exhibitors, attracting 173,143 attendees. The fourth Salon du Chocolat Shanghai will take place from November 10 to 12, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. This year's exhibition will continue providing professionals with a rich selection of products while exciting events will include a chocolate fashion show, global chocolate market, chocolate tasting show, and chocolate art exhibition, creating a wonderland for chocolate lovers to indulge in a chocolate feast! Concurrently, the "SCCF Super Cocoa & Chocolate Forum" will focus on the international development of the cocoa supply chain, featuring industry leaders, exploring the current state of trade and industry ecology.
