2026 China (Northwest) New Power System and Smart Energy Expo

In this context, the 2026 China (Northwest) International New Power System and Energy Digitalization Expo has emerged. This expo, themed ‘Wisdom Unites New Power · Data Empowers Northwest Energy’, aims to build a national high-end platform integrating policy interpretation, technology display, achievement transformation, commercial cooperation, and trend insight. In August 2026, let us gather in the ancient city of Xi'an to meet for an energy transformation agreement and explore the path to win-win cooperation.

The New Power System Technology and Equipment Exhibition Area will showcase high and ultra-high voltage transmission and transformation equipment, intelligent distribution network devices, grid-forming energy storage, flexible direct current invertors, virtual synchronous machines, advanced power electronics, and Energy Management Systems (EMS).

The New Energy Generation Technology and Equipment Exhibition Area will cover photovoltaic modules, inverters, tracking brackets, wind power complete sets, blades, gearboxes, hydrogen energy generation and storage equipment, solar thermal power, biomass power generation, and distributed energy systems.

The Energy Storage Technology and Equipment Exhibition Area will exhibit electrochemical energy storage technology, including lithium batteries, flow batteries, sodium batteries, compressed air storage, flywheel storage, gravity storage, Power Conversion Systems (PCS), Battery Management Systems (BMS), EMS, and energy storage system integration equipment, EPC projects, and battery recycling testing devices.

The Energy Digitalization and Smart Energy Exhibition Area will focus on showcasing technologies such as big data in energy, cloud computing, AI, blockchain, the Internet of Things, edge computing, digital twin grids, integrated energy services, 5G and energy integration, cybersecurity, and virtual power plants.

The Intelligent Power Distribution and Electrical Equipment Exhibition Area will include high and low voltage switches, transformers, complete sets of equipment, wires and cables, surge protectors, insulators, power quality management, power fittings, smart meters, measurement tools, and power maintenance tools.
