The "Liangzhilong • China Ingredients E-commerce Festival" was established in 2008 and has undergone 15 years of development, adhering to the ultimate service concept of "making ingredients easily accessible worldwide." It covers seven major regions across China and aggregates resources from key ingredient suppliers across 16 provinces, establishing itself as a leading B2B exhibition in the food ingredient industry and the top brand in China’s exhibition industry. Under the strategic guidance of the Sanliang Group’s coexistent restaurant supply chain, the festival intensively explores the upstream and downstream of the food ingredient and restaurant supply chain, striving to build a service brand for the coexistence restaurant supply chain.

The exhibition showcases a wide range of product categories including marine products, meat and poultry, fruits and vegetables, condiments, and various pastry items. Emphasizing the integration of landmark ingredients production and processing enterprises with the restaurant industry across China, the exhibits feature rice and grains, cooking oils, frozen and fresh meats, seafood, frozen pastries, packaged fruits and vegetables, and various restaurant condiments. The categories also include essential equipment for food processing and preservation, hotel supplies, beverages, and various supply chain services.

The event has attracted participation from nearly 10,000 frontline companies in the food ingredient industry, with over 1,000,000 types of products displayed. The exhibition area has surpassed 500,000m³ and received over 600,000 professional attendees, further promoting exchanges and collaborations within the industry. Participating brands also include Chinese and Western cuisine, restaurant chains, and snacks, illustrating the diversified development of food e-commerce in China.
