As global economic patterns accelerate their restructuring, Chinese families are experiencing significant changes in overseas asset allocation, identity planning, and study abroad education needs. To facilitate industry collaboration and create a one-stop platform for understanding premium overseas projects, the Overseas P+I 14th Beijing Overseas Property and Immigration Study Abroad Exhibition is set to take place from May 29 to 31, 2026, at the Beijing National Conference Center.

This key industry event, which combines scale and influence, is expected to attract around 150 quality overseas projects from over 20 countries and regions worldwide. It will gather industry professionals, channel institutions, and many families and investors interested in overseas property, immigration, and study abroad to explore a myriad of opportunities for cooperation and interaction.

The previous exhibition held from October 31 to November 2, 2025, was a great success, showcasing nearly a hundred premium overseas real estate investment, immigration, and study abroad projects from dozens of countries. This event focused on global asset allocation, identity, and education planning in the post-pandemic era, spotlighting three core areas: overseas properties, immigration services, and educational opportunities, representing popular destinations like Japan, the USA, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Hong Kong, the UK, Malaysia, Australia, Germany, Singapore, Canada, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. During the event, the Overseas Days sixth overseas property and immigration forum was also held, bringing together project representatives and industry experts to discuss trending topics.

The 14th exhibition is scheduled for late May, with larger scale and more exciting offerings! In recent years, investments in real estate in Japan, the UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), the UK, and Malaysia have remained strong, while traditional immigration destination countries have tightened entry requirements. However, excellent projects still garner much interest, particularly emerging investment markets in Cyprus and Latvia. The study abroad market is diversifying, with an increasing number of high-value projects appearing.

The exhibition will gather more quality overseas projects that meet market demands, featuring nearly 150 premium properties and immigration programs, with curated regional pavilions from the USA, Japan, the UAE, the UK, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, Cyprus, Singapore, and more. This event will serve as a perfect opportunity for face-to-face exchanges and collaborations.

Additionally, the Overseas Days seventh overseas property and immigration study abroad forum will take place, offering over 30 specialized lectures and project presentations focusing on new trends in global asset allocation, essential immigration policy points, and overseas education planning strategies. The Overseas P+I industry networking cocktail will also be held on the evening of May 29 at the National Conference Center, inviting industry guests and institutions to participate and promote collaboration.

The Overseas P+I 14th Beijing Overseas Property and Immigration Study Abroad Exhibition will optimize promotional strategies and direct invitations, ensuring that more industry channels and interested individuals attend. The exhibition will coincide with the 66th China Franchise Expo and the Beijing International Jewelry Exhibition at the National Conference Center, sharing a rich pool of potential investors and high-income viewers for better promotion and displays. Join us from May 29 to 31, 2026, at the Beijing National Conference Center 5A Hall for the Overseas P+I Event to shape our ideal lives and create a beautiful future together!
