2026 26th Beijing Art Expo

The Beijing Art Expo has been a cornerstone of the international art scene since its establishment in 1997. Over the last 26 years, it has evolved into the most comprehensive and largest art fair in China, leading trends in the art world. Scheduled from September 11 to 14, 2026, at the Beijing Exhibition Hall, this year's theme is "Art Resonating with the Future."

The expo will feature several themed areas such as the Contemporary International Gallery Section, Notable Artists Recommendation Section, Classic Art Section, and the Contemporary Art Design Section, providing art collectors and visitors with a unique experience. The event will gather over 100 galleries and art institutions from numerous countries and regions including China, France, Germany, the USA, Italy, North Korea, Australia, the Czech Republic, Spain, and South Korea, showcasing around 6000 artworks including traditional Chinese paintings, oil paintings, sculptures, and installations across an exhibition space of 15,000 square meters. The attendance is expected to exceed 42,000 visitors with an anticipated onsite transaction volume of 120 million.

The expo serves as a platform for communication among collectors and galleries while also giving emerging galleries and artists the opportunity to exhibit their work, especially in the SOLO section aimed at supporting new talent. Additionally, the public art unit and the trendy art and digital art sections will highlight the latest developments in the art scene, promoting the fusion of art and lifestyle.
