2026 Shandong International Catering Equipment and Food & Beverage Expo

The 2026 Shandong International Catering Equipment and Food & Beverage Expo promises to be a highly specialized fair showcasing a diverse range of products, including food and beverages. With the growing demand for authentic and unique food experiences among Chinese consumers, interest in the Chinese market from the international community is also on the rise. Notably, China’s total food imports reached $139.09 billion in 2022, and imported food has become an essential part of everyday meals. The beverage industry in China is expanding rapidly, with an anticipated growth rate of 3% for 2022, while the catering industry’s revenue has soared to 4.39 trillion yuan.

This expo is expected to feature 1,600 exhibitors from 28 countries and regions, collectively showcasing their products across an exhibition area exceeding 80,000 square meters. Visitors are anticipated to total 103,280, including 77,901 professional buyers and audience members. Exhibiting products will encompass a wide array of categories including beverages, dairy products, convenience foods, and various condiments.

To cater to the rising demand for high-quality food, beverages, and catering services in China and Asia, the fair will organize several concurrent events aimed at facilitating direct engagement and collaboration between manufacturers, distributors, and consumers. Notable concurrent activities scheduled include the "2026 Tenth China Catering and Cold Chain Logistics Innovation Development Summit Forum" and the "2026 China High-end Food and Beverage Forum and New Product Launch Conference," which will further contribute to promoting sustainable and innovative practices in the catering sector.

Moreover, this expo is set to attract a wide range of professional attendees from various sectors including catering, hotels, retail, and foreign trade. 33.9% will come from the hotel industry, 15.3% from the food industry, and 23.4% from the catering industry, showcasing the expo's comprehensive nature and industry influence.
