Lianzhilong • 2026 5th China Jiangsu Cuisine Ingredient E-commerce Festival is dedicated to creating a unique platform for the chilled dishes of Jiangsu cuisine in East China and across the country, establishing a quality exhibition brand for chilled dishes. This event revolves around the 20th Qinzi Garlic Cup and the 20th China Art Chilled Dish Food Festival, hosting the Hehai Cold King Championship and a series of exciting activities to promote and preserve traditional Chinese culture and intangible cultural heritage, using chilled dishes as a key entry point to integrate the complete chilled dish industry chain.

The festival will feature various activities, including the China Art Ming Dang Exchange Conference, an Art Ming Dang Spring New Product Release, as well as team and individual competitions in China Art Chilled Dishes and Seafood Presentation. Furthermore, the 3rd Yangtze River Delta Chef Invitation Competition will highlight Huaiyang, Jiangsu, Shanghai and Anhui cuisines, providing participants with a diverse culinary experience.

Additionally, there will be the 3rd China Chilled Dish Industry Development Conference and the Yangtze River Delta Group Meal Industry Summit, coupled with a Procurement Matchmaking Conference for restaurant ingredients (chilled dishes), creating efficient connections for exhibitors and buyers. Organizations showcasing chilled dish production and processing, chilled dish equipment, technical innovation, and pre-prepared ingredients will come together to display their high-quality products.

Exhibits will also include various technologies, packaging, storage, and logistics services, all aimed at advancing the chilled dish industry. Sharing e-commerce platforms and technologies will help attendees discover new channels for ingredient sales and explore more effective business models. Additionally, the cultural and heritage segment will showcase artistic expressions such as calligraphy and painting, adding rich cultural depth to this major event in the Chinese Jiangsu cuisine ingredient e-commerce sector.
