2025 Changsha Green Farmhouse, Guesthouse and New Building Materials Exhibition

The 2025 Changsha Green Farmhouse, Guesthouse and New Building Materials Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the Changsha Farmhouse Exhibition) will be held from October 24 to 26, 2025, at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center. This exhibition aims to promote green development in urban and rural construction, accelerate the development and application of green farmhouses and green wall materials, and support rural revitalization and the development of the homestay tourism industry, with the theme "Green Low-Carbon, Beautiful Life."

Co-hosted by the Hunan Construction Technology and Energy-saving Association, Hunan Green Wall Materials Association, and Hunan Green Building and Steel Structure Industry Association, the exhibition will cover an area of 30,000 square meters, divided into four major sections: “Green Farmhouses,” “Components,” “New Building Materials,” and “Cultural Tourism Homestays.” It will showcase new technologies, applications, scenarios, and business models across the entire industry chain of green farmhouses, new building materials, and cultural tourism homestays. This exhibition is the first of its kind in the nation focusing on green farmhouses and aims to build a bridge for connectivity and collaboration, gathering industry wisdom and resources to promote transformation and upgrading of the industry.

The exhibition will present an extensive range of innovative building materials and technologies, including prefabricated modular houses such as steel structure houses, concrete PC houses, bamboo and wood houses, as well as new wall systems, thermal insulation, and waterproof materials. Additionally, to promote the development of cultural tourism and homestays, the exhibition will display themed high-end homestays and experience-based personalized homestays, offering comprehensive solutions from building materials to construction design.

During the exhibition, numerous theme forums will be held, including the “High-Quality Development Forum for Green Farmhouses and Rural Revitalization” and the “Green Low-Carbon Design and Intelligent Construction Technology Development Forum.” It is expected to attract many industry leaders, experts, and scholars to gather and discuss the future of the construction industry. The exhibition will provide a professional platform for exhibiting products, launching new items, developing brands, and expanding markets, dedicated to enhancing housing quality and living standards, and contributing to rural revitalization and achieving high-quality sustainable development.
