2025 14th Shanghai International Seasoning and Food Ingredients Exhibition

With strong support from relevant associations, chambers of commerce, and professional committees, the 13th Shanghai International Seasoning and Food Ingredients Exhibition was a great success! The exhibition was held concurrently with related shows such as the Shanghai International Catering Ingredients Exhibition, covering a total area of 150,000 square meters, and attracted 3,017 exhibitors and 107,839 visitors, setting new records in all categories. The 2025 14th Shanghai International Seasoning and Food Ingredients Exhibition will take place from August 27-29, 2025, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. This year’s exhibition aims to promote innovation in the seasoning industry, lead new technology trends, showcase cutting-edge new products, and explore new futures for seasonings; to boost healthy seasoning, and contribute wisdom and strength for innovation and development in the industry.

The exhibit categories include seasonings, pastry sauces, food ingredients, packaging materials and products, food additives, labels and flexible packaging, imported seasonings, and packaging machinery equipment, making it a platform for major enterprises in the industry to showcase new products and seek business opportunities. Through this exhibition, professionals within the industry can exchange experiences, discuss market trends, enhance cooperation, and jointly promote sustainable development in the industry.
