2025 27th China International Bakery Expo

The China International Bakery Expo, also known as Bakery China, is a significant event co-hosted by the China Association of Bakery Products and Confectionery and Beijing Bakery Expo Service Co., Ltd. Established in 1997, it has become a leading international trade exhibition platform serving the entire bakery industry chain in the Asia-Pacific region and one of the largest exhibitions for baked goods and services globally. This year's expo will be held from May 19 to 22, 2025, at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center, located at 333 Songze Avenue, Shanghai.

The expo provides a platform for global bakery industry leaders, professionals, and various industry practitioners to share innovative ideas and fosters development across research and development, manufacturing, distribution, and related services. The exhibitors can showcase a wide range of products including raw materials, finished goods, equipment, and packaging solutions related to baking, covering essential products such as grain and oil products, baking additives, baking equipment, and home baking appliances.
