2025 17th Xi'an International Sugar and Alcohol Food Expo

The Xi'an International Sugar and Alcohol Food Expo, known as the "Sugar and Alcohol Fair", has been a significant event in the sugar and food industry since its inception, achieving successful hosting of sixteen editions, garnering praise from domestic and foreign merchants, visitors, and consumers alike. The expo aims to contribute to the local economic development, promote the upgrade of the sugar and alcohol food industry, and enhance corporate brand establishment, further implementing Shaanxi Province’s “14th Five-Year Plan” and the vision for 2035.

This year's expo will focus on showcasing the latest achievements in the sugar and alcohol food industry, featuring several key activities, including the opening ceremony of the fair, the Qin Wine Development Summit Forum, the Third Western Catering Supply Chain High-Quality Development Forum, and discussions on the new blue ocean for the prepared food industry. The fair will also host a product launch event for businesses, aimed at tapping into market potential and establishing a wide platform for supply-demand connections.

In terms of audience invitations, we will target individuals from Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, and Shanxi provinces, as well as professionals and stakeholders from various related fields. The anticipated audience will include agents, franchisees, national enterprise procurement departments, university logistics groups, hospital logistics, and other sectors, facilitating inspiration from successful exchanges and co-operations. Moreover, strategies for audience engagement through phone calls, SMS promotions, and updates on professional websites are in place to attract targeted visitors.

The exhibited products will encompass various types of alcoholic beverages (such as fragrant liquors, wines, and low-alcohol trends), beverages (including functional drinks and dairy products), food items (like organic and imported foods), and associated packaging and equipment. The exhibition will cover an area of 15,000 square meters with over 400 exhibitors and an estimated 20,000 visitors anticipated.
