The China Pump and Valve Exhibition and Trading Center is located in Yongjia Oubei, the core area known as the "Hometown of China's Pump and Valve Industry." This center is a comprehensive urban complex integrating high-end residential buildings, star-rated hotels, exhibition centers, professional market e-commerce towers, and a pump and valve industry incubation park. With a total construction area of 310,000 square meters and an investment of approximately 2.1 billion yuan, it represents a significant urban development project.
The China Pump and Valve Exhibition and Trading Center is situated in Yongjia Oubei, a crucial hub for the pump and valve industry. Construction of the project began in September 2020 and was completed in June 2023. It is recognized as one of the provincial "152 Projects" and a major industrial initiative.
The center includes the following main functional areas:
- Exhibition Center: Hosts various pump and valve exhibitions and trading events.
- Professional Market E-Commerce Tower: Provides e-commerce services and a trading platform.
- Pump and Valve Industry Incubation Park: Supports the incubation and growth of new enterprises.
- Star-Rated Hotel: Offers high-end accommodation services.
- Innovation Space: Provides workspace and facilities for research and development teams.
By constructing a 200,000-square-meter exhibition and sales center along with supporting facilities, the center is home to over a hundred brand enterprises year-round and hosts more than two international professional expos annually, creating an open platform for "buying and selling globally." Additionally, the center features an 80,000-square-meter innovation space, hosts the National Pump and Valve Standardization Committee, and collaborates with high-level research teams from institutions such as Zhejiang University and Lanzhou University of Technology. These efforts provide technological support for industrial development and drive the growth of strategic emerging industries and the number of large-scale enterprises.
