32nd China Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair (Lanzhou Fair) 2026

The 32nd China Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as the "Lanzhou Fair"), hosted by the Gansu Provincial People's Government, will be held from July 9 to 13, 2026, in Lanzhou, Gansu. This year's fair focuses on the theme of pragmatic cooperation and new opportunities for open development. Guided by Xi Jinping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and subsequent plenary sessions, the event aims to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and directives during his visits to Gansu. It emphasizes the promotion of high-quality development, integration into the high-quality construction of the "Belt and Road" and the new western land-sea corridor, and the implementation of the "Five Strong" actions while striving to create the "Seven Places, One Screen, One Corridor".

The Lanzhou Fair will present various discussions and docking activities both online and offline, leading with activities such as the opening ceremony and signing of major projects, investment promotion, trade activities, as well as economic and trade exchanges with the guest country and thematic cities.

The exhibition area consists of three main sections: First, the first floor will feature the "Silk Road International Cooperation Exhibition Area" and the "Regional Cooperation and Exchange Exhibition Area". The Silk Road area will invite governments and foreign organizations from countries participating in the "Belt and Road" initiative to showcase national and regional images, cooperative fields, and significant projects, fostering investment negotiations and bulk commodity trade. The Regional Cooperation area will invite groups from provincial and municipal governments to showcase local investment environments, key industries, investment projects, and distinctive products.

Secondly, the second floor will consist of the "Characteristic Advantage Industry Exhibition Area" which includes 16 exhibition halls showcasing 14 municipal industry halls, one Gansu liquor tasting hall, and one ethnic characteristic hall of Gansu, focusing on presenting the fruits of investment attraction during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.

Lastly, the outdoor south square will feature sections for fashionable consumer goods, foreign trade products, and local Gansu delicacies, emphasizing the display and sale of quality imported goods and notable products from within and outside the province. This area will also host roadshows, tastings, and sales events.

Overall, the Lanzhou Fair will serve as an excellent platform for exhibitors and investors to further deepen exchanges and cooperation, promoting the economic integration of Gansu with the outside world.
