The 26th Global High-end Food Exhibition (Whole Foods Exhibition) will take place from March 6 to 8, 2026, at the Shenzhen International Exhibition Center (Bao'an). Supported by the China National Association of Food Circulation, organized by Beijing Longpinxi Exhibition Co., Ltd., and hosted by Shenzhen Longpinxi Exhibition Co., Ltd., this exhibition will also feature concurrent events including the 2026 China Candy and Snack Exhibition, the 21st China Ice Cream and Frozen Foods Exhibition, and the 2026 National Frozen Food Exhibition. The total exhibition area is planned to be 150,000 square meters, attracting over 180,000 professional visitors.

This year’s exhibition will host over 2,800 food, beverage, ice cream, and frozen food brands from more than 30 countries and regions, showcasing leading brands from various segments that will collectively unveil over 20,000 new spring products for 2026. Since its inception in 2014, the Whole Foods Exhibition has become a top brand in China’s food exhibition industry, boasting an annual exhibition area of nearly 200,000 square meters and receiving certifications from the International Exhibition Association (UFI) for its subsidiary events in 2020 and 2024, enhancing its international reach and brand influence.

Exhibits will include plant-based foods, raw materials and ingredients, molds and supporting equipment, prepared dishes, catering ingredients, high-end food and beverages, as well as dairy products, ice cream, and frozen foods. Furthermore, it will showcase safety testing equipment, logistics services, processing and packaging equipment, packing materials and printing, offering a broad range of product choices. There will also be a variety of leisure foods such as candy, chocolate, jelly, and preserved fruits.

Concurrent activities include the 2026 China High-end Snack Marketing Forum, the Candy and Chocolate Marketing Forum, and the 8th China Beverage Marketing Conference, promoting industry communication and collaboration. The distribution of the exhibition hall is well-defined, with halls 9 and 10 focused on leisure foods and nuts, while hall 12 showcases frozen foods and ice cream.

The audience will comprise various food distributors, supermarkets, chain stores, e-commerce, new retail channels, as well as relevant government departments and industry organizations. During the event, the 'Golden Merchant' Awards will be presented to outstanding contributors in the food industry, featuring lists of top candy, baked goods, and ice cream suppliers.
