Approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the 39th China Plant Protection Information Exchange and Pesticide Machinery Trade Fair is set to take place from November 21 to 23, 2025 in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. The theme of this year's fair is "Prevention First, Integrated Pest Management," hosted by the National Agricultural Technology Promotion Center and co-organized by the Jiangxi Plant Protection and Inspection Station and Xiamen Phoenix Creative Exhibition Group Co., Ltd.
The main activities include the opening ceremony and information release on the morning of November 21 at the Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center. Key highlights will cover the release of the national pest control overview for the year 2025, introduction of new technologies and products, and predictions of pest occurrence trends for 2026 alongside a discussion of the latest pesticide policies.
From November 21 to 23, the expo will showcase a wide range of products including pesticide active ingredients, intermediates, formulations, plant protection machinery, green control products, smart monitoring devices, and packaging equipment, effectively displaying new products and technologies from both domestic and international markets, as well as results from the 14th Five-Year Plan in plant protection. All exhibitors are encouraged to adopt environmentally friendly exhibition stand designs.
Additional events include networking opportunities between specialized pest control organizations and pesticide companies, as well as connections between agricultural university graduates and plant protection enterprises. Participants will encompass experts from agricultural pest management, production companies, industry associations, distributors, and representatives from new agricultural entities like cooperatives and family farms, along with media personnel.
The fair features a dedicated leading enterprise exhibition area that invites top domestic and international pesticide companies to showcase their latest achievements in research, technology application, and market promotion, enhancing technology exchange and collaboration among leading brands. The smart plant protection area will focus on smart and information technology applications, demonstrating advanced methods such as automatic monitoring, precise spraying, and remote control, contributing to efficiency and reduced pesticide usage while showcasing corporate innovation.
An innovation product area will display new products, technologies, and methods in the plant protection sector, including novel pesticides and environmentally friendly machinery, invigorating innovation and encouraging the application of new technologies. The biopesticides area will emphasize the unique advantages of bio-pesticides in ecological protection and pest control, promoting the concept of green plant protection.
The chemical industry park area will emphasize the critical role of chemical parks in the plant protection industry chain, showcasing essential processes from raw material production to formulation processing and promoting the integration and competitiveness of the industrial chain. An environmentally-friendly exhibition hall will present low-carbon and energy-saving construction methods, enhancing the event’s image. A public demonstration area featuring live demonstrations using agricultural drones will educate attendees about pesticide application technologies and promote the use of more efficient and eco-friendly products.
Lastly, the "Double Dragon" connection area will act as an exchange platform for leading pest control organizations and large pesticide enterprises, fostering project cooperation and facilitating resource integration. The university talent connection area will showcase research achievements and outstanding talents from universities, strengthening industry collaboration and providing robust technical support for sustainable development in the field.
