The 2025 China Marine Economy Expo (Marine Expo), the only national-level marine economy exhibition in China, will be held grandly at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Baoan) from October 28 to 30, 2025. The theme for this year's expo is "Smart Deep Blue, Creating the Future Together," with an expected exhibition area of over 40,000 square meters. The event will gather more than 300 industry-leading companies from both domestic and international markets and is expected to attract over 50,000 professional visitors. Furthermore, over 10 high-level summits and forum activities will be prominently featured, fully embodying the strategy of building a strong maritime nation and assisting Shenzhen in its goal to become a global marine center city, while fostering collaborative innovation and exchange in the marine industry.

Since its establishment in Shenzhen in 2019, the China Marine Expo has successfully held five editions, consistently focusing on the high-quality and comprehensive development of the marine economy, with the mission of creating a professionalized, globalized, and integrated platform for high-end product, technology, and business exchange and cooperation. The expo has attracted many top enterprises, universities, and research institutions from around the world, earning the reputation of being the "Number One Marine Expo in China." This year's Marine Expo will comprehensively focus on emerging fields such as marine energy, deep-sea mining, marine smart equipment, marine electronic information and data, modern marine services, marine biomedicine, and coastal tourism.

Notably, to promote the implementation of a new development philosophy and a new energy security strategy, this year's expo is setting up a dedicated marine energy sector. This area will concentrate on resource exploration, marine oil and gas, offshore wind power, marine energy, marine photovoltaics, marine nuclear energy, and marine hydrogen energy. Additionally, it will include power operation, storage, comprehensive utilization of marine energy, and intelligent operation and maintenance through a series of specialized forums and technical displays.

Other exhibition areas will cover deep-sea mining, marine smart equipment, marine electronic information and data, modern service industries, marine biomedicine, and coastal tourism, showcasing advanced technologies and services to support the sustainable development of the marine economy. This grand event provides industry participants an opportunity to deeply understand the latest developments in the marine economy and promote international cooperation and exchange.
