The Shenzhen Home Design Week and Shenzhen International Furniture Expo, established in 1996, is a significant event in China's furniture design sector. Co-hosted by the Shenzhen Furniture Industry Association, Juran Home, and Fusenmei Home, and supported by the Shenzhen Creative Industry Alliance, the event is guided by the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, with industry technology support from the Shenzhen Furniture Research and Development Institute. The event ensures a comprehensive service and support for exhibitors and visitors. As a showcase of high-quality commercial design in China, the expo follows the principle of "design-oriented, trend-leading, and continuous innovation," integrating design with urban culture and increasingly becoming a window for understanding Shenzhen in the furniture and design community.
This year's expo will feature a rich variety of furniture categories, including Chinese classical, European classical, and American classical styles, as well as modern panel bedroom and living room furniture and soft home products. In addition, the exhibition will display metal and glass furniture, children's furniture, outdoor leisure furniture, office furniture, home accessories, lighting, and bedding, showcasing a diverse range of furniture design. The participating brands and products represent the forefront of industry trends and innovation, attracting designers, businesses, and decoration enthusiasts from both domestic and abroad, forming a vital platform that connects international design resources with Chinese manufacturing.
Over the past few years, the Shenzhen Home Design Week has brought contemporary design and craftsmanship to public attention while gathering various design influences to drive high-quality development in China's home furnishing industry. The successful hosting of the expo has practiced the connection between the international market and Chinese manufacturing, creating an interactive space that promotes the match between design and commerce, contributing to the future development of the home furnishing industry.
