2026 17th Guangzhou Hotel and Catering Industry Fair

The 2026 17th Guangzhou Hotel and Catering Industry Fair, known as CRE, serves as a barometer for the HoReCa food ingredient industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Focused on exploring the catering market in South China, this fair aims to provide a professional platform for distribution and procurement, allowing businesses to discover new opportunities at low costs. The event will take place from May 20-22, 2026, at the Guangzhou Canton Fair Complex, Area B. Alongside, there will be special exhibitions like the China (Guangzhou) Hotpot Ingredients Exhibition and the Guangzhou Seafood and Pre-Cooked Food Exhibition.

With over 80,000 square meters of exhibition space, the fair is dubbed as the "First Exhibition" of the South China catering industry and anticipates attracting over 160,000 professional buyers and more than 120 buyer groups. The event will feature products across nine themed exhibition areas that cover the entire supply chain of the catering industry, uniting more than 2,000 global brands.

7. High-End Ingredients Area: black truffles, Matsutake, sea cucumbers, and other premium ingredients.
8. Takeaway Food and Packaging Area: fast food and environmentally friendly packaging.
9. Group Dining and Central Kitchen Industry Area: smart canteens and group meal supply chains.
