The China International Nuclear Industry Exhibition is the longest-running, largest, most influential, and highest-level international professional exhibition in the field of nuclear industry in China. The 18th edition in 2026 is expected to cover over 16,000 square meters, accommodating more than 110 domestic and foreign renowned companies.

In terms of advanced nuclear power technologies and equipment, the 2024 exhibition featured models like Hualong One and Linglong One. In 2026, the exhibition will not only showcase optimized versions of these mature technologies but also new designs for nuclear power units and key components such as the latest achievements in small modular reactor technology and applications of high-temperature gas-cooled reactors.

With a growing global focus on nuclear fuel cycle innovations, the 2026 exhibition is likely to display advanced nuclear fuel production technologies and post-treatment processes, such as more efficient uranium enrichment techniques and new nuclear fuel components.

The applications of nuclear technology are expanding across various sectors including industry, medicine, and environmental protection. The 2026 event will showcase new technologies and applications of nuclear technology in precision medicine, non-destructive testing, and food preservation.

Concurrent activities will include more specialized academic forums, inviting global experts and scholars to discuss cutting-edge technologies, industry trends, and challenges faced by the nuclear sector. An increased emphasis on digitalization and intelligent technologies will also be present, featuring digital management systems for nuclear power plants and smart operational technologies.

Lastly, as a significant platform for international cooperation and exchanges in the nuclear field, the exhibition will continue to promote collaborations, allowing Chinese nuclear enterprises to showcase their technologies while attracting advanced international firms to collaborate in tackling energy and environmental challenges.
