The 2025 Shenyang Food Ingredients Supply Chain Exhibition will take place from September 10 to 13, held at the Liaoning Industrial Exhibition Hall, with setup taking place on September 8 and 9, and teardown on September 13.

1. Hot Pot/Barbecue Ingredients Area: Displaying seasonings, raw materials for barbecues, hot pot bases, compound seasonings, bone broths, barbecue spices, and food ingredients.
2. Prepared Dishes and Convenience Ingredients Area: Featuring prepared dishes, semi-finished products, convenient meals, hotel catering, specialty ingredients, instant meal packages, prepared seafood, and frozen dough ingredients.
3. Seafood Processing Area: Showcasing various seafood ingredients, including frozen/quick-frozen seafood, seafood processing ingredients, and deep-processed products.
4. Restaurant Franchise Area: Offering information on both Chinese and Western cuisine, beverages, baked goods, snacks, barbecue, hot pot, special braised dishes, themed dining, and light meal franchising.
5. Beverages and Alcoholic Drinks Area: Presenting traditional liquors, wines, alcohol beverages, fruit and vegetable drinks, tea drinks, and related processing products.

The target audience for this exhibition is extensive, covering chain restaurants, hotels, fast food establishments, and group meal companies, as well as distributors, agents, wholesalers, retailers, and online businesses engaged in the food ingredients market.
