The year 2025 marks the conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan, serving as a crucial year for deepening comprehensive reforms. To elevate the service standards in the property management sector in Wuhan, the Wuhan Property Management Association and Xuyang Exhibition will jointly host the 2025 Second Wuhan International Smart Property Expo. This expo aims to innovate smart community development by incorporating the latest technologies such as IoT, artificial intelligence, and big data, exploring new community governance models based on "co-construction, co-governance, and sharing" to promote resource optimization and upgrade in the industry.
The expo will gather the most influential property service companies and brand suppliers from the central region and focus on hot topics such as service quality enhancement, construction of "Four Goods", and community governance. Utilizing a combination of exhibitions and forums, the expo will serve as a comprehensive platform for exchanges and connections across the entire property industry chain to support innovative development and help Hubei establish a strategic point for growth in the central region.
The event will include two major forums. The first is the "2025 Wuhan International Smart Property Management Industry Summit Forum," which will invite government leaders, authoritative experts, and local business representatives in Wuhan to discuss the unique development pathways of property management in the central region, addressing issues like community governance and boundaries of responsibilities to promote high-quality industry development. The forum will also release the "2025 Wuhan Property Management Industry Development Report" and recognize the "Most Beautiful Property People" in Wuhan.
The second forum is the "2025 Release of Research Results on Comprehensive Strength of Property Service Enterprises in China," where the findings of the research will be shared, gathering top experts and high-caliber guests from the upstream and downstream chains of the property service sector nationwide to exchange ideas on industry trends and development paths.
Additionally, the expo will feature various exhibition areas, including a property brand exhibition area (showcasing property companies, real estate businesses, and local property associations), a smart technology exhibition area (covering IoT, smart cities, intelligent parking, etc.), an "old-for-new" exchange area (involving elevator installations, lighting fixtures, and elderly-friendly renovations), a robotics area (focusing on property service robots for disinfection, cleaning, security, etc.), a cleaning and greenery area (displaying sanitation equipment and water treatment technologies), a community diverse management area (including self-service devices and community education), a property elderly care area, and a property uniform area (showing uniforms for staff and security personnel), as well as areas for talent and legal services (providing training and legal support for property professionals), catering to the diverse needs of industry development.
