2025 Fourth Shanghai Intelligent Archives Exhibition and Development Conference

During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, archives are increasingly being recognized as important information resources and unique historical cultural legacies. The foundational and supportive roles of archival work have become more prominent. As economic and social development progresses, alongside rising living standards, the demand for archival information and culture has also been growing, necessitating enhancements in archival accessibility, utilization, and service quality.

Concurrently, the wide application of the new generation of information technology has brought significant changes to the environment, subjects, and content of archival work, urgently calling for innovative concepts, methods, and models to propel the industry into a new era of digital transformation and intelligent upgrades.

To respond to these needs, the National Archives Administration introduced the "Administrative Measures for Electronic Archives Management" effective from November 1, 2024, aimed at further strengthening and standardizing the management of electronic archives, ensuring their authenticity, integrity, and security, thus marking a new phase in the management of electronic archives in China.

To foster communication and interaction within the archival industry and enhance mutual cooperation, the "2025 Fourth Shanghai Intelligent Archives Exhibition and Development Conference (ARCHE-2025)" organized by Beijing Huaxia Weiye Exhibition Co., Ltd., will take place from June 18-20, 2025, at the Shanghai International Procurement Exhibition Center. The event will gather numerous influential exhibitors from the archival sector, comprehensively showcasing the archival industry's value chain and creating an in-depth technical exchange platform.

Exhibitors will showcase advanced technologies related to document imaging management, including high-speed scanners, OCR character recognition, and digital exhibition of archives. Furthermore, security databases, information management systems, knowledge management, big data management, data migration, and content management will also be featured. Additionally, archival security storage, backup, and storage security measures will be thoroughly represented, ensuring the safety and efficient management of archives.
