2025 22nd China International Semiconductor Expo (IC CHINA 2025)

The China International Semiconductor Expo (IC China) has been successfully held for 20 consecutive years since 2003, becoming the most authoritative and professional annual event in China's semiconductor industry. Supported by the China Electronics Information Industry Development Institute and the China Semiconductor Industry Association, the expo gathers top industry resources, forming a strong industry appeal. This year's exhibition aims to provide a global platform for precise connections between upstream and downstream enterprises in the semiconductor and integrated circuit industry chain.

The theme of this year's expo is 'Panoramic Chain Display, Terminal Application Empowerment, Leading Companies Drive', focusing on the latest technologies, products, and applications in the integrated circuit industry chain. Key highlights will include artificial intelligence chips, advanced manufacturing processes, key materials and equipment, as well as hot application scenarios. The expo emphasizes the construction of an overall ecosystem and promotes engagement through close linkage between exhibition and conference activities to boost participation, collaboration, and the overall appeal of the event.

The exhibition content is organized along the various pillars of the semiconductor industry chain, covering materials, equipment, design, manufacturing, and packaging/testing sectors.
