The 2025 13th Beijing Overseas Property, Immigration, and Study Abroad Exhibition will be held from October 31 to November 2, 2025, at the 5A Hall of the National Conference Center in Beijing. This event includes the Overseas P+I exhibition as well as the 5th Beijing International Education Study Abroad Exhibition (IEOSE), and it is expected to attract 150 premium overseas projects from over 20 countries and regions. The exhibition aims to gather numerous channel institutions and industry experts while attracting a large number of high-end families interested in immigration and studying abroad.
The core areas of the exhibition will showcase overseas properties, immigration services, and international education, displaying projects from popular destinations including Japan, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, Greece, and Malta. Compared to the last exhibition, the area will be expanded by approximately 15%. Highlights will include real estate investments in Japan, immigration opportunities in the USA, and study programs in Germany, all becoming the focus of the event. The first day of the exhibition is expected to see a peak in visitor traffic, with attendees including industry professionals, financial institutions, multinational representatives, and high-net-worth families, generating significant interest in study abroad programs from countries like Russia, the USA, Germany, Thailand, and Singapore.
Additionally, over 30 industry forums and project presentations are scheduled to share the latest industry news and collaboration opportunities among experts. As a key exhibition in the field of overseas properties, immigration, and education, the 2025 event will further promote market demand in these areas based on the success of last year.
