According to statistics, the market size of the Chinese catering supply chain has exceeded 2 trillion yuan, with the Yangtze River Delta contributing 35% of the share. The pre-prepared food industry in Zhejiang has seen an annual growth rate of over 25%, with restaurant revenue expected to increase by 5.7% in 2024, surpassing 400 billion yuan for the first time. Hangzhou, leveraging its advantages as the "E-commerce Capital," is vigorously promoting digitalization and standardization in catering, aided by provincial cold chain logistics planning and the construction of a digital food safety city.

The Liangzhilong 2025 China Zhejiang Cuisine Ingredients E-commerce Festival and 2025 Zhejiang Chef Festival is officially scheduled to take place from August 27 to 29, 2025, at the Hangzhou International Expo Center. As the first full-link B2B professional exhibition of "Ingredient Supply Chain + Digital Services" in East China, the exhibition will focus on the theme of "Digital Chain Connection, Flavor to Hangzhou," aiming to connect the upstream and downstream of the Zhejiang catering ingredient supply chain, promote digital purchasing upgrades, and help catering companies reduce procurement costs by over 15%, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the Zhejiang cuisine industry.

The exhibition is expected to cover an area of over 15,000 square meters, accommodating more than 300 suppliers from Zhejiang and other regions, highlighting local specialty ingredients as well as premium ingredients from across the country and various types of pre-prepared foods, aiding in the innovation of Zhejiang cuisine.

Three digital display zones will be established at the event: an Intelligent Matching Procurement System area that uses AI algorithms to precisely connect supply and demand, a Blockchain Traceability Showcase area that demonstrates the traceability of ingredients from field to table to ensure food safety, and a Digital Supply Chain Finance area that provides flexible funding solutions for small and medium-sized catering enterprises, creating a genuinely comprehensive ingredient supply chain service platform.

There are four main reasons to attend this exhibition, including government support and authority, precise audience coverage, diverse feature activities, and digital procurement that aids in cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, all aimed at collaboratively promoting the high-quality development of Zhejiang cuisine. For instance, leveraging government policy endorsements and food safety supervision as part of Hangzhou's cold chain logistics and digital food safety construction achievements. The exhibition will work with the Zhejiang Provincial Catering Industry Association to invite catering decision-makers, intangible cultural heritage inheritors, and chef teams to participate on-site.

To enhance the diversity of activities, the 2025 Zhejiang Chef Festival will feature Michelin-starred chefs collaborating with Zhejiang cuisine masters to recreate the elegance of Hangzhou cuisine through a "Pre-prepared Ingredients New Taste Development Workshop." The "Explosive Point Restaurant Chain" digital marketing conference will explore digital solutions for e-commerce, and the e-commerce, live-streaming product selection conference will connect key buyers closely.

This exhibition not only gathers high-quality ingredient suppliers from various regions but also utilizes technology to achieve precise matching of supply and demand, significantly enhancing procurement efficiency and helping catering enterprises more effectively reduce costs.

You are invited to visit the Hangzhou International Expo Center from August 27 to 29, 2025, to explore the future development of Zhejiang cuisine together.
