The Liangzhilong·2025 4th China Jiangsu Cuisine Ingredient E-commerce Festival will be grandly held at the Suzhou International Expo Center from April 23 to 25. This e-commerce festival aims to further showcase the advantages and characteristics of Jiangsu cold dishes and premium brands, creating a comprehensive platform for production, research, marketing, and exhibition. Established in 2008, the Liangzhilong·China Ingredient E-commerce Festival has undergone fifteen years of accumulation, adhering to the ultimate service concept of “making it easy to find ingredients around the world,” covering seven major areas across China and aggregating resources from primary suppliers in 16 provinces. It has become the leading B2B exhibition in the food industry nationwide, deeply linking landmark ingredient production and processing enterprises and resources from major Chinese cuisines.

The exhibition displays categories like aquatic products, poultry, fruits and vegetables, seasonings, and pastries, covering various dimensions of ingredient raw materials, machinery, supply chain services, and food packaging. A special cold dish zone showcases new products, technologies, and equipment in the cold dish field, bringing a variety of pre-made dining ingredients to foster innovation in Jiangsu cuisine.

The exhibition will host more than ten concurrent activities, including cooking competitions, forums, and matchmaking meetings to explore the unique charm of Jiangsu cold dishes and promote industry exchange. Visitors will encounter a wide range of cold dish ingredients and processing enterprises, as well as the most advanced cold dish equipment and technology, including innovations and improvements on traditional dishes. The exhibition also showcases pre-prepared dining ingredients covering poultry, aquatic products, fruits, vegetables, pastries, and various seasonings and auxiliary materials.

For craftsmanship and equipment, the fair features ingredient machinery, catering equipment, and hotel supplies, along with packaging and storage logistics services. E-commerce and technology displays include new retail concepts in ingredient sales and fresh group-purchase platforms. Additionally, cultural and heritage sections exhibit books, words, paintings, and unique culinary culture contents linked to history and artistry.
