2025 Xi'an Silk Road International Tourism Expo

To implement and promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative, and to actively leverage Shaanxi's role as a new starting point for the Silk Road Economic Belt, the 2025 Xi'an Silk Road International Tourism Expo aims to create and establish an internationally influential platform for exchange and cooperation in the tourism industry. This event, organized by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, will be held from April 18 to 20, 2025, at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center, located at 1399 Exhibition 1st Road, Chanba Ecological District, Xi'an.

Key activities include the 2025 Global Travel Agents Conference, exchanges for developing Silk Road tourist cities, promotional activities for the Xi'an Silk Road International Tourism Expo, immersive cultural tourism resource experiences in Shaanxi, and meetings between professional buyers and sellers. The event will feature a variety of activities in its sub-venues, including an all-area tourism exhibition hall, a Silk Road cooperation hall, and outdoor exhibition areas.

The all-area tourism exhibition hall will display cultural and tourism achievements from main hosting provinces, as well as various cultural industry developments from across the country and red tourism resources. The Silk Road cooperation hall will consist of sections for Silk Road tourism exhibitions, demonstrations of integration of culture and tourism, upstream and downstream tourism industry chain exhibitions, supporting service exhibitions, leisure and specialty tourism exhibitions, museum displays, and exhibitions of cultural and creative tourism products.

Moreover, the outdoor exhibition area will showcase RV travel, tourism equipment, amusement equipment, outdoor gear, emergency supplies, and an international food zone, offering visitors a diverse range of experiences. Bringing together tourism elites from home and abroad, the 2025 Xi'an Silk Road International Tourism Expo will contribute to the high-quality development of the Silk Road Economic Belt.
