2026 2nd Northeast (Shenyang) Water Expo

The 2026 Northeast (Shenyang) Water Expo will be held at the Shenyang International Exhibition Center from September 21 to 23, 2026. This expo is co-hosted by the Liaoning Provincial Water Resources Industry Association, the Liaoning Provincial Water Resources Society, and related social organizations in the water resources industry from the four northeast provinces and regions. It aims to fully implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's significant speeches and instructions on the comprehensive revitalization of the Northeast, and to deeply practice the water management philosophy of "water conservation first, spatial balance, systematic governance, and dual-force promotion," while actively responding to the strategic deployment of the Ministry of Water Resources and the management departments in Northeast China for industry reform and high-quality development.

The theme of this expo is "Digital Empowerment Promotes Development, Water Enriches Northeast for Revitalization," focusing on areas such as water network construction in Northeast China, smart water management development, and upgrades in water-saving industries. The event will gather top industry wisdom, cutting-edge technological achievements, and innovative practice cases, inviting representatives from government departments, research institutions, and industry enterprises to collaborate through academic forums, technical showcases, project negotiations, and other activities to create a deeply integrated communication platform for industry exchanges.

The expo will feature several specialized exhibition areas, including: Smart Water Management and Digital Empowerment, Water Safety and Disaster Prevention, Water Environment Governance and Ecological Restoration, Water-Saving Technology and Efficient Utilization, Rural Water Resources and Livelihood Security, New Energy and Green Technology, as well as Beautiful Rivers and Lakes Governance and Ecological Water Use Security. These areas will showcase a variety of cutting-edge technologies such as digital twin technology, intelligent monitoring equipment, rural water supply solutions, and more. Additionally, the exhibition content will be adjusted and expanded according to the actual needs of enterprises to ensure that participants can access the latest industry dynamics and technological information. Through this expo, we aim to provide strong support for the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China, showcasing the responsibility and commitment of Northeast water management in the process of modernization.
