The SIAL Global Series Food Exhibitions are held in multiple international cities such as Shanghai, Shenzhen, Paris, Montreal, and more. It is a crucial platform for food enterprises to showcase their value. Since its introduction to China in 2000, SIAL has incorporated innovative elements tailored to the Chinese market.

With nearly 60 years of international brand development and 24 years in China, SIAL has served over 40,000 exhibitors from more than 100 countries and regions, and over a million food and beverage professionals. SIAL (Shanghai) is considered one of the world's top three food shows, displaying innovative food and beverage products and drawing global attention.

From May 19 to May 21, 2025, SIAL will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, covering 200,000 square meters. It is expected to attract over 5,000 exhibitors from 75 countries and regions, and over 180,000 professionals. Exhibits include imported food, snacks, health food, dairy products, and more.

The exhibition hall layout is well-designed, categorizing different food and beverage products to facilitate smooth browsing and purchasing. The venue is conveniently accessible by subway, with several parking lots available around the venue.
