2026 16th China Xinjiang International Mining and Equipment Expo

The Silk Road Mining Cooperation Forum and the Xinjiang International Mining and Equipment Expo have successfully held its 15th edition, becoming an essential platform for China's mining development and international capacity cooperation. Each year, representatives from 25 provinces including Shandong, Henan, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, and Qinghai, along with mining management from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and other countries along the route, gather to exhibit and discuss their mining resources and technologies, attracting over 26,000 professional visitors.

This year's expo focuses on exploring sustainable production practices in the mining sector in line with the national goals of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality." It supports technological innovation for the national strategic mineral resources exploration and accelerates the transformation of Xinjiang's mineral resource advantages into economic advantages. The event emphasizes the construction of smart mines and improving mining safety levels. During the conference, the "Silk Road Mining High-Quality Development Initiative" was launched and signed, alongside the awarding of the "Silk Road International Cooperation Award" in cooperation with the relevant organizations from Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, as well as awards for mining equipment quality, expert recommendations, and the most trusted brands in the mining industry.

Furthermore, the expo features various exhibition areas showcasing resource investment promotion, the images of mining and energy companies, geological exploration and mineral testing technologies, mining and beneficiation equipment, green mine construction, digital mining technologies, and mining safety and rescue technologies. This series of activities facilitates international and domestic exchanges in the mining sector, promoting innovative development in mining technologies and services.
