2026 Haiming 11th Xi'an Catering Supply Chain Expo

Xi'an, renowned as a "World Historical City", the starting point of the Silk Road, a national central city, and the International Gastronomy Capital, is rapidly developing in recent years under the guidance of the national West Development strategy and the "Belt and Road" initiative. Along with the continuous growth of Xi'an's tourism industry, the potential of its catering sector is increasingly being unlocked. The northwest region's catering sectors such as hot pot, pickled foods, Sichuan cuisine, baking, and tea drinks are thriving, with 600,000 catering outlets across five provinces in the northwest, making it one of the most active markets in the country.

The Haiming 2026 11th Xi'an Catering Supply Chain Expo is the first major catering supply chain brand exhibition in the northwest during spring, inviting nearly 2,000 catering supply chain brands from across the country to showcase nearly 10,000 new products and technologies. The expo is expected to attract around 40,000 buyers from national chain catering enterprises, first and second-tier distributors, community group buying, supermarkets, and new retail.

The exhibition covers a wide theme including prepared ingredients, hot pot, baked goods, tea drinks, catering equipment, food processing and packaging machinery, Shaanxi cuisine supply chain, noodle industry, and chain franchising. The categories of exhibited products are diverse, ranging from aquatic products, meat and poultry, hot pot ingredients, seasonings, frozen food, grains and oils, to catering takeout packaging supplies.

To assist enterprises across the nation in expanding into the northwest market, the expo features six significant upgrades aimed at empowering the catering industry's development. Regarding development opportunities, Xi'an is not only the central city of the northwest but also serves as an International Gastronomy Capital. The purchasing power of consumers here ranks high in the nation, and the tourism resources represented by the Tang Dynasty Night City have been crucial in establishing Xi'an as an international consumer center. At the same time, the rapid development of northwest cuisine—with the fastest growth in store quantity and customer spending—positions Xi'an as a key player to attract a massive consumer base nationwide.

The expo will also host several high-quality forum activities, including the China Catering Summit and specialized theme forums, gathering experts from various sectors nationwide to discuss industry trends.
