2026 China (Xi’an) International Modern Energy Industry Expo

The 2026 China (Xi'an) International Modern Energy Industry Expo will be themed "Clean, Low Carbon, Safe, and Efficient" in response to the National Energy Administration's "14th Five-Year Plan for Modern Energy System Development". This expo aims to serve as a significant platform for showcasing the modernization of China's energy sector, promoting high-quality energy development and digital transformation of the industry. It is expected to attract over 2000 domestic and international brands, occupy more than 90,000 square meters of exhibition space, and draw over 130,000 visitors with more than 30 professional forums and competitive events planned.

Exhibits will feature the achievements and prospects of energy companies during the 13th Five-Year Plan, energy internet, and the display of intelligent coal mining equipment and technology, along with the application of modern energy sources such as solar power, wind energy, and hydrogen energy. Additionally, there will be a resource-based city exhibition area to showcase the transformation and development of resource-based cities, energy revolution, high-end intelligent manufacturing, and ecological environment protection.

Target audiences will include governmental departments, domestic and foreign energy companies, scientific research institutions, as well as leaders from energy regulatory bodies and financial institutions from across the provinces. This expo is dedicated to building an international cooperation and communication platform aimed at promoting the energy industry’s revolution, creating new opportunities for China's energy security, clean energy development and industry integration.

Simultaneously, several high-level conferences will be held focusing on sustainable development of the energy sector, technological innovation, and low-carbon urban construction, facilitating complementary cooperation between domestic and foreign energy sectors. Through the various activities of the expo, it aims to steer traditional energy towards a clean and efficient direction and support sustainable economic development in China under the new energy model.
