Beijing
No. 16 North Third Ring East Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing
北京市朝阳区东三环北路16号

The Beijing Contemporary Art Fair, established in 2018, is dedicated to exploring and promoting the value of contemporary art in China and worldwide. As a representative framework of Chinese and world inclusivity in contemporary art, the fair is centered around the themes of curatorial vision, local significance, and public engagement. It features ten units closely related to various levels of the art ecosystem, delving into the subjectivity and systemic values of contemporary art, creating a top-level platform for art transactions, exhibitions, and discussions, and forming an art season that engages various partners across the city.

The 2026 Beijing Contemporary Art Fair will be held from May 21 to 24 at Pavilion 11 of the National Agricultural Exhibition Center, themed “LAND TRACE.” This theme emphasizes a geopolitical and historical geographical perspective to reevaluate cultural differences and uneven experiences between continents, attempting to redraw the detailed map of contemporary art in the context of modern times.

The fair will showcase various art forms and works including Chinese calligraphy and painting, oil painting, watercolor, sketching, printmaking, sculpture, video art, installations, design products, antiques, furniture, jewelry, and porcelain. The diversity and innovation of participating artists will provide guests with a visual feast.

Beyond being just a platform for showcasing contemporary art, the Beijing Contemporary Art Fair is a significant occasion for art enthusiasts, collectors, and industry professionals to communicate and collaborate, promoting the development and prosperity of art culture on multiple levels.
