Liangzhilong 2025 2nd China Shaanxi Cuisine Ingredient E-commerce Festival

Continuing the momentum and aiding in the deep expansion of the Northwest market, the 2025 World Halal Ingredient Conference and the Liangzhilong 2025 2nd China Shaanxi Cuisine Ingredient E-commerce Festival will reopen from May 13 to 15, 2025, at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center (Changan). Concurrently, the 26th Xi'an International Hotel Supplies and Catering Industry Expo will also be held. This exhibition will maintain the dual IP momentum of the Liangzhilong Shaanxi Cuisine Festival and Xi'an International Hotel Supplies Exhibition, integrating the resource advantages of both, empowering the industry, and focusing on innovations in the Shaanxi cuisine industry chain and hotel supplies. A series of supporting activities will be organized to assist ingredient manufacturers in expanding into the Northwest catering market, bringing endless cooperation opportunities for both suppliers and buyers. The goal is to create an annual flagship event for ingredients and hotel supplies in Northwest China. The exhibition scope includes, but is not limited to, meat ingredients, aquatic products, fruit and vegetable products, frozen pastries, raw and auxiliary ingredients, seasoning products, machinery, cold chain logistics, and hotel supplies.
