2025 22nd China International Housing Industry and Construction Industrialization Products and Equipment Expo

The China International Housing Industry and Construction Industrialization Products and Equipment Expo, referred to as the China Housing Expo, is an authoritative industry exhibition approved by the Ministry of Commerce. It aims to showcase and promote the development of housing and urban-rural construction. This expo is co-hosted by the Science and Technology and Industrial Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the China Real Estate Association, and the China Architectural Culture Center. It is one of the most influential exhibitions in the domestic housing construction sector.

The current expo emphasizes technology and innovation, focusing on various forms of prefabricated construction, including:

1. **Prefabricated Concrete Structures**: Showcasing the latest precast concrete technologies and products, including precast components, connection technologies, and related materials.

2. **Steel Structures**: Exhibiting various steel structure forms such as heavy and light steel structures and grid membrane structures, along with corresponding construction techniques and materials.

3. **Wood Structures**: Promoting environmentally-friendly wooden constructions and displaying wood materials and related equipment.

4. **Mechanics and Equipment for Prefabricated Buildings**: Concentrating on machinery and equipment needed for prefabricated construction, enhancing the mechanization level of building.

5. **Industrialized Interior Decoration**: Promoting assembly decoration with exhibits of all-in-one kitchens, bathrooms, and other decorative materials and technologies.

6. **Passive Low-Energy Buildings**: Establishing a dedicated exhibition area to showcase materials and designs that meet passive low-energy building standards.

The expo is expected to attract over 290 exhibitors and more than 30,000 visitors, covering an exhibition area of 40,000 square meters.
