2025 28th China Bakery Exhibition (Guangzhou)

The 2025 28th China Bakery Exhibition (CBE2025) will be grandly held from May 10 to 12, 2025, at the Guangzhou Import and Export Fair Complex, in areas D and A. This exhibition, jointly organized by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Bakery Association and Guangzhou Bohong International Exhibition Co., Ltd, is an international exhibition focused on the bakery industry, expected to attract numerous industry professionals.

Since its inception, the China Bakery Exhibition has consistently promoted the development of the bakery industry, establishing itself as a leader among professional exhibitions. After forming a strategic partnership with Informa Markets in 2021, the exhibition has utilized over 20 years of industry resources to integrate market resources from the food and beverage sectors, continually expanding its influence. This exhibition will employ various formats, including offline exhibitions, large summit forums, roadshows, and online cloud exhibitions, with the goal of creating an “Bakery +” ecosystem to assist the global bakery industry in breaking down barriers and achieving deeper vertical development and horizontal innovation.

The exhibition will showcase a wide variety of bakery-related products, including specialized flours, pre-mixed powders, frozen dough, starch, and potato products, as well as mooncake and pastry ingredients like fillings, fruit, and nuts. Furthermore, production equipment for bread and pastries, raw materials, as well as packaging equipment such as specialty oils, fresh cream, and food additives will be featured. The product offerings will be diverse, covering modern packaging materials, cake decoration materials, as well as kitchen facilities and refrigeration equipment.
