2026 Huajiao (Shenyang) Food Expo

The Huajiao Food Expo is a highly anticipated comprehensive food industry exhibition in Northeast China, and has successfully held 12 editions since its inception, becoming an important benchmark and event in the industry. The 2026 Huajiao (Shenyang) Food Expo will be grandly held from May 15 to 17, 2026, at the Shenyang New World Expo. The event brings together industry peak forums, exhibitions, and related competitions, aiming to effectively integrate ecological resources of the food industry to promote regional economic development and explore new models for the food industry in the new era.

At this exhibition, the Northeast New Food Expo is a vital part of the event, with an exhibition area of 25,000 square meters and an expectation of 750 participating companies. The exhibition is divided into five major zones covering over 21 categories, with 77.6% of the exhibits coming from source manufacturers, showcasing the professionalism and forward-looking nature of the expo. The number of professional visitors continues to rise, with the 2024 11th Northeast New Food Expo attracting 121,809 attendees, of which 42.2% were returning visitors and 57.8% were new attendees. Visitors include 77.9% from food service companies, 15.1% from food supply chain manufacturers, and 4.8% from investors, hailing from 17 provinces including Liaoning, Heilongjiang, and Jilin.

The exhibition features a diverse array of categories, including chain franchise options such as spicy hot pot and deli boxes; raw materials like seafood, meats, poultry, and various agricultural products; equipment showcasing state-of-the-art cooking, refrigeration, and kitchen auxiliary appliances; furthermore, the food service sector provides comprehensive design, renovation, and legal consulting services. This platform allows industry participants to engage in deep exchanges of academic and market information, driving further development in the food industry.
