2026 (30th) Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area International Auto Show

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Auto Show, which also encompasses the China New Energy Vehicle Technology Exhibition, originated as the "Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao International Auto Show" and was officially upgraded to the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Auto Show" in 2020. Rooted in the core engine of the Greater Bay Area, Shenzhen, the show radiates out to the `9+2` city cluster, boasting an economic scale exceeding 13 trillion yuan and a population of over 86.17 million, establishing its indicator status within China’s automotive industry and consumer market.

With a brand proposition of "Facing Technology, Facing the Future, Facing the Market", the Greater Bay Area Auto Show serves as a strategic platform for numerous automobile brands to present new concepts, technologies, and products, especially in the fields of luxury vehicles, new energy, and smart cars, where it holds nationwide authority and impact.

The 2026 (30th) Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Auto Show, abbreviated as the "2026 Greater Bay Area Auto Show", is scheduled to take place from May 29 to June 7, 2025, at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao'an). Continuing the theme of "Facing Technology, Future, and Market", it will focus on the core direction of "New A Show - Tech Alpha Auto Show", highlighting innovations in the automotive industry and trends in technology iteration while partnering with all stakeholders across the industry chain to explore new paradigms for high-quality development in the automotive sector.

On June 8, 2025, the 29th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Auto Show concluded successfully at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao'an). This year's show spanned approximately 260,000 square meters, with an interactive experience area of 80,000 square meters showcasing the application of innovative technologies and providing test drives. There were 50 new car launch events, with 112 vehicle brands participating and a total of 1,039 models on display. Over nine days, approximately 890,000 visitors attended, resulting in 42,823 vehicle transactions with a total transaction value of about 10.07 billion yuan.

The exhibition features various types of vehicles including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, special vehicles, and modified vehicles, along with areas for automotive components, electronics, and accessories, production equipment, testing instruments, as well as automotive-related service areas covering used cars, auto finance, insurance, repair services, car clubs, driving schools, and much more. The show also displays luxury lifestyle products such as real estate, yachts, jewelry, and high-end watches, enriching the experience for visitors.
