2025 23rd China International Urban Construction Expo

The 2025 23rd China International Urban Construction Expo will be held from November 6 to 9, 2025, in Beijing. This expo aims to comprehensively showcase new achievements from various regions in building people’s cities, promote urban construction development, and improve people’s well-being. Approved by the Ministry of Commerce and hosted by the China Architectural Culture Center, this expo serves as an important platform for communication and exchange among city governments, industry authorities, and relevant enterprises.

This year’s expo will closely align with the themes of the national housing and urban construction meeting, focusing on presenting new concepts, technologies, and accomplishments from various regions in building livable, resilient, smart, and green cities. Four core thematic exhibition areas will highlight livable city construction, resilient city construction, smart city construction, and green low-carbon city construction, showcasing various innovative technologies, practical explorations, and the application results of new materials and digital technologies.

The Livable City Construction thematic area will feature practices and technologies related to barrier-free environments, waste classification, and improving quality of life. The Resilient City Construction area will address building fire safety, sponge city construction, and safety inspection of existing buildings. The Smart City area will display digital homes and intelligent infrastructure, while the Green Low-Carbon City area will emphasize building renovations and low-carbon transportation technologies.

Additionally, the expo will include the themed demonstration exhibition "China's Happy Homeland," which showcases innovative outcomes from leading organizations in urban planning, construction, and governance, providing replicable experiences and models.

Through this expo, the housing and urban construction system will highlight new ideas and technologies in urban renewal actions to promote new achievements in high-quality urban development, fostering regional exchanges and innovation.
