The "2026 Second Shanghai International Personal Care Expo" will take place from May 14 to 16, 2026, at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center, Hall H1. Fourth, scientific eating, promoting the philosophy of food as medicine, offering organic products, green natural foods, plant/animal extracts, and sharing healthy dining methods. Lastly, nutrition and healthcare products, concentrating on sleep management, exosome anti-aging products, NAD+ anti-aging products, health supplements, and traditional methods of wellness including Chinese medicine and moxibustion.
