The Dalian Free Trade Zone International Convention and Exhibition Center, developed and constructed by Dalian Guangshen Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. in 2019, is a modern comprehensive exhibition venue integrating exhibition construction, conferences, business services, performances, catering, and other functions. It is one of the landmark buildings in the Dalian section of the China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
The Dalian Free Trade Zone International Convention and Exhibition Center covers an area of 70,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 46,000 square meters. The indoor net exhibition area is 32,000 square meters, and the conference area covers an area of 1,800 square meters. The ground load is 4.5 tons per square meter. The overall layout of the venue is reasonable, and the passenger and cargo flow lines are convenient and efficient.
The Dalian Free Trade Zone International Convention and Exhibition Center is situated in the heart of the Dalian Free Trade Zone, adjacent to Dayao Bay Port, Xiaoyao Bay International Business District, and Jinshitan National Tourism Resort. With its prominent location advantage, it boasts a favorable resource agglomeration effect and immense development potential.
The convention and exhibition center is a single-story steel structure building with a U-shaped layout, while the conference center is a two-story glass curtain building. The overall complex consists of six exhibition halls, a registration hall, multiple functional conference rooms, banquet halls, offices, and various service centers. It can accommodate 1,400 international standard booths indoors, an outdoor exhibition area of 15,000 square meters, and 1,200 standard parking spaces.
The Dalian Free Trade Zone International Convention and Exhibition Center boasts four entrances: the North Registration Hall and entrances situated on the south and east sides of the exhibition hall. Notably, the North Registration Hall offers direct access to the bus station (Convention and Exhibition Center Station).
