The Xinyang Baihua Convention and Exhibition Center is managed by Xinyang Baihua Exhibition Asset Management Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise established with the approval of the Xinyang Municipal Government. The center boasts a professional team composed of national first-class exhibition planners, senior exhibition managers, and other experts.
The center has a total construction area of 78,000 square meters, featuring 6 indoor pillar-less exhibition halls and 40,000 square meters of indoor exhibition space, which can accommodate nearly 2,000 standard exhibition booths. It also includes 2 multi-function halls, each capable of seating around 800 people, along with supporting facilities such as small meeting rooms, VIP rooms, and negotiation rooms. The outdoor plaza covers an area of 112,000 square meters, providing 450 parking spaces and 228 underground garage parking spots.
Since its completion and opening in 2011, the center has successfully hosted numerous large-scale exhibitions and events, including the Xinyang Tea Culture Festival and the Henan Province Sugar, Wine, and Food Trade Fair.
