Taizhou International Expo Center

Taizhou International Expo Center (also known as China Medical City Conference and Exhibition Center or CMC) is located in the Taizhou National Medical High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, specifically on the east side of Taigao Road, the south side of Shuguang Road, the west side of Huizhan Road. The center covers a total area of 220,000 square meters, with a planned construction area of approximately 200,000 square meters. The first phase of the project involved an investment of 600 million yuan and is divided into permanent exhibition areas, trading zones, and comprehensive support areas for conferences, offices, and dining.

The center is designed to fulfill five core functions: exhibitions, specialized trading, international conferences, comprehensive support services, and logistics distribution. It aims to create a "365-day never-ending exhibition and trading event" that integrates pharmaceutical product trading, medical technology exchange, and the transaction of scientific research achievements. The center operates on a unique development model: "attracting conferences through research, driving exhibitions through conferences, promoting sales through exhibitions, and supporting research through sales." This cyclical approach fosters continuous growth and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.

Inspired by the structure of human cells, the center's design features interconnected corridors and passageways symbolizing blood vessels and meridians, reflecting its focus on the medical and pharmaceutical theme.
