The Xinfeng County Cultural Center is a public cultural institution in Xinfeng County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, under the jurisdiction of the Xinfeng County Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, and Tourism. It operates as a county-level, fully government-funded institution. All of these spaces are open to the public free of charge.
The center's primary responsibilities include organizing community cultural events, promoting local artistic creation, nurturing artistic talents, and hosting visual arts exhibitions such as calligraphy, painting, and photography. It also offers cultural activities tailored to specific community groups. Additionally, the center provides guidance to local community cultural stations and township cultural offices, organizes large-scale performances and competitions, and leads efforts in intangible cultural heritage preservation and transmission.
