Huizhou Convention and Exhibition Center

The Huizhou Convention and Exhibition Center is managed and operated by the Huizhou Radio and Television Media Group. It officially opened in 2009 and is located in the Jiangbei administrative, cultural, and commercial center of Huicheng District, Huizhou City. The center covers an area of 110,000 square meters and is a large-scale exhibition center that integrates exhibition, conference, banquet, performance, and other functions. It features a 24,000-square-meter multi-functional exhibition space, large, medium, and small conference rooms, and over 1,000 parking spaces.

The center has four independent exhibition halls, each with its own entrance and exit, providing a total of 1,032 international standard booths. Halls 1 and 2 have a clear height of 13 meters, while Halls 3 and 4 are column-free spaces with a clear height of 15 meters. The center is equipped with a PDS integrated wiring system, with power, weak electricity, information, and communication lines reaching each booth through underground ducts.

The conference area of the center includes one large conference room (also serving as a press release center, with an area of 500 square meters and 280 seats, equipped with a 3+1 simultaneous interpretation system, conference system, projection equipment, etc.), one medium-sized conference room (60 seats), six small conference rooms, 24 negotiation rooms, and one press release hall for Huizhou (which can serve up to 60 media personnel simultaneously). The press release center is equipped with an audiovisual system to meet the needs of various conferences, press releases, academic exchanges, and training lectures hosted by the exhibition center.

The center also has a small restaurant, which can serve over 100 people at a time, two VIP rooms, and other functional spaces to accommodate different types of meetings and events.
