The Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center is located at No. 1045, South Baiyun Avenue, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City. It is a brand under the Lingnan Group and is a member of the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA). The center integrates conference facilities, exhibitions, hotels, dining, performances, and office spaces. It is the first large-scale comprehensive conference center in South China with more than 100 meeting rooms and over 1,100 guest rooms, capable of hosting conferences with up to 10,000 participants.
The Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center has a total construction area of 320,000 square meters, with an overall scale of more than 450,000 square meters. The center includes more than 170,000 square meters of meeting space, including 30,000 square meters of exhibition space and 66 various meeting halls, allowing it to host multiple conferences of different scales simultaneously. Additionally, the center offers 1,122 guest rooms, providing comprehensive supporting facilities and services.
The design of the Convention Center combines Chinese ceremonial traditions with the characteristics of Lingnan gardens. It adopts the "Cloud and Mountain Stacking Landscape" design concept, incorporating flying eaves elements for modern interpretation, creating a contemporary architectural style with a new Chinese style of Lingnan. The center’s garden is planted with Lingnan plants such as banana trees, frangipani, and ironwood, providing guests with a leisurely experience of the Lingnan garden as they enjoy the changing views.
