The Hangzhou Wulin Star Expo Center was formerly the old factory site of Hangzhou Oxygen Plant Group (Hangyang). Through urban renewal and transformation, this former industrial relic has been reborn as a cultural and exhibition complex, blending history with modern innovation. Following its transformation, the expo center now sits at the northern wing of Gongshu District’s core CBD business district, covering an area of approximately 103,000 square meters. The site consists of seven repurposed old factory buildings and seven newly constructed buildings, seamlessly integrating historical preservation with modern functionality.

With a display area exceeding 30,000 square meters, the center serves as a multifunctional venue for exhibitions, forums, and various events. More than 30 commercial brands have already set up operations here, with over 50% being first-store entries. It is not just a commercial space, but also a cultural and artistic hub, regularly hosting international exhibitions, pop-up stores, and art showcases, attracting a wide range of visitors and locals.

Situated in Gongshu District’s core CBD area, the expo center enjoys excellent transportation access, with Metro Line 5 and other public transport options nearby. The surrounding area also features a variety of shopping, dining, and leisure facilities, ensuring a convenient and vibrant experience for visitors.
