Linyi Commercial Convention and Exhibition Center

The Linyi Commercial Convention and Exhibition Center is located at the intersection of Mengshan Avenue and Yucai Road, Lanshan District, Linyi City. It is a key project in the first phase of Linyi’s Exhibition Central Business District (CBD). The center enjoys a prime location, with Linyi Mall, University Town, and the Long-Distance Bus Terminal to the west, Beicheng New District to the north, Suhu Scenic Area to the south, and the Yihe River Scenic Corridor to the east. Leveraging its proximity to Linyi’s commercial hub, the center actively develops the Linyi exhibition economy, strengthening its position as a pillar industry and adding a vibrant touch to the “Greater Linyi, New Linyi” initiative.

Development & Expansion:
- In 2000, the center was initially built by Qianshiju Committee with an investment of 86 million RMB, covering approximately 56,667 square meters.
- In 2010, the committee invested another 88 million RMB for renovations.
- In 2011, the Linyi Municipal Government allocated 148 million RMB for further expansion.
After expansion, the total construction area reached 69,822 square meters, including five exhibition halls capable of accommodating 1,600 standard booths and 20,000 square meters of outdoor exhibition space. The underground parking lot has space for over 380 vehicles.
Additional facilities include:
- 1 conference hall for 1,500 people
- 2 VIP reception rooms for 20 people each
- 4 meeting rooms for 30 people each, meeting international exhibition standards.
There are five Exhibition Halls – can be used independently or combined for large-scale exhibitions.
- Halls 1, 2, 4, and 5 are multi-functional exhibition halls.
- Hall 3 serves as the main entrance and registration lobby.
